As we jogged/studdied Hez noted two key points: 1. Jesus still reached out to people even when he was physically tired and hungry & 2. Jesus can show up unexpectedly in our circumstances at any time
We would invite you to read the same story and make your own notes .... Use biblegateway.com or youversion.com. Then look for the book called John. It's in the New Testment . Find chapter 4 and engage with verses 7-32.
When i was reading John 4:7-32 scripture , I felt we as human beings want to satisfy the physical needs or desires ( here woman wanted to quench her thirst ,so that she doesn't need to come far or wait for her turn ), But our Heavenly Father wants us to give more than we ask or even think ... Amen !
ReplyDeleteAt some point in the conversation, Jesus asked the woman about her personal life ...he cared for her soul and the salvation ;
I also observed that during the conversation the place of worship is not important ,if we truly worship in spirit and truth.
